This notice explains what data we collect when you submit a repository on this page and what we use it for. The controller is Employee Number Zero LLC.
What we collect
What you type in the form: the repository link, your email, what you want highlighted and, if given, your Instagram handle. Also your browser’s time zone, to show dates in your local time.
Public data about the repository (name, description, README, stars) and, if you give your Instagram, whether your profile is public or private.
Payment details Stripe shares with us (amount, currency, promotion code). We never see or store your card details.
What we use it for
To check the submission, book your slot, take payment, make and publish the video, invite you as a collaborator and send the order emails (payment link, reminders, date, Reel link, refunds).
To prevent abuse: we limit submissions per email and per visitor.
We don’t sell your data or send you advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to provide the service: Stripe (payments), HighLevel/LeadConnector (email delivery), Supabase (database), TypeSafe AI (automated content review), Instagram and TikTok (publishing) and our hosting provider.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deliver the order, handle refunds and meet our accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data once it is no longer needed for that.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to partnership@git.promo. You can also unsubscribe from our emails with the link in each one.
Cookies
This page uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may use its own on its payment page.
