Refund policy

Before you pay

The repo check is free. If your submission is declined, nothing is charged. An unpaid order is closed after 7 days and its payment link is switched off.

If publishing fails

If your video can’t be published on a platform, we move it to that platform’s next free slot and email you the new date. We try up to three times.

If it still isn’t published after that, we refund the part of your payment for that platform. If the order isn’t published on any platform, we refund it in full.

How refunds are made

Refunds go through Stripe to the same payment method and in the same currency you paid in. It can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. We email you when it is done.

There is nothing to refund on a free video or an order fully covered by a promotion code.

What isn’t refunded

A published video counts as delivered. We don’t refund based on views or results.

If you delete the repository or make it private before publishing, or your content breaks the terms, we may cancel the video without a refund.

Cancellations and questions

If you want to cancel before your video is published, write to partnership@git.promo with your reference and we’ll look at it.
